HOLIDAY MANNERS WORKSHOP

Boys & Girls Ages 8-12
2 Hours- $200 Per child (Includes the meal)

2 Hours Including lunch

Get your kids ready for the holidays with our ever so popular dining workshop that offers boys and girls an opportunity to learn about proper social skills in any dining situation. During this class they will learn the importance of greetings, dinner conversation and other simple courtesies that will help them shine during the holiday season. After this lesson, they will also have a sit down meal where they will practice what they have learned.

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS:

Being a proper guest:
Dressing properly for the occassion, sitting, standing and walking in like a lady/gentleman. Greeting adults with smiles and hanshakes. Proper behavior at other peoples homes, how to introduce yourself and others, being respectful to adults, answering questions with more than 1 word answers, how to be a good listener, making eye contact when in conversation and including others.

Showing courtesy:
Using “please” & “thank you,” and most importantly “no thank you.” The importance of expressing gratitude,  cleaning up after yourself, opening doors for others, being respetful n public places.

Dining with style:
How to set a table properly, how to sit properly, using utensils and napkins properly, proper dining conversation, how to handle difficult foods, not complaining about food, proper way to eat bread & soup, excusing yourself properly, cleaning up after yourself.

*Lunch is provided so they get a chance to practice their table manners
